Michael McLain has performed in 49 states and overseas with groups including the McLain Family Band, Claire Lynch, Dale Ann Bradley, and the Michael & Jennifer McLain Band at venues including Carnegie Hall, the Metropolitan Museum, the Lincoln Center, Chicago's Orchestra Hall, and the Grand Ole Opry. Michael graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Commercial Music degree. In addition to teaching private lessons, Michael directs the bluegrass music ensemble at Belmont University.
